Choosing the right staff is absolute key. Everyone likes to see a familiar face. Our leaders have been working together for over 5 years therefore creating continuity within our team and ensure that our clubs run effectively and safely, but more so, has allowed us to develop amazing relationships with the children.

Our staff are carefully selected to ensure that we have the perfect balance of skills, experience and qualifications, making sure that childcare is delivered in a caring, professional and safe manner.

All our staff are

  • Interviewed
  • Reference checked
  • CRB/DBS cleared
  • Safeguard trained

Additionally all our club leaders are

  • Qualified
  • Experienced in childcare/play work (minimum of 3 years)
  • First aid trained (minimum one on duty)
  • Food hygiene qualified (minimum one on duty)
